Must NOT contain any pornographic material of any kind
Must NOT contain any racist or socially harmful material
Must NOT contain any illegal material, pirated software or warez
Must NOT promote any sort of illegal activity such as pyramind schemes
Must NOT link to any of the material described above
Must NOT be less than 75% in the english language
Must NOT contain any viruses or link to files infected by a virus
Must NOT prompt the user to download anything
Must NOT prompt the user to set their homepage to that website or other URL
You also agree by joining our Affiliate Program that you will not promote your site with any software or websites which will artificially increase visitor counts or impressions including (but not limited to) exchanges, autosurfs and traffic generators.
Completed Orders.
Low Cost Logo will only pay affiliates their share of full and completed orders. Full payment must be received from the client after the final artwork has been chosen. Termination of order by Low Cost Logo
By becoming an affiliate you agree to Low Cost Logo's sole discretion of which orders are complete and which are not. When applying to be paid your statistics will be matched against actual orders to determine which you are to be paid a share of.
Terms of Payment.
Affiliates will be paid by PayPal to a PayPal account address specified when requesting payment. At the affiliates request, payment may alternatively be given in vouchers to the same value as payment for design work or other related services.
Liability.
All affilates agree to use this service at their own risk. Low Cost Logo, its administrators and its partners cannot be held liable for any expenses, damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of Low Cost Logo services. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Low Cost Logo and its sponsors harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses including (but not limited to) legal fees. You agree Low Cost Logo's payment decisions are final.
