  When you order a logo design from us you agree to a legally binding contract which protects both you and also Low Cost Logo from fraud and copyright theft. Logo Design Order. Following the receipt of a completed order form, Low Cost Logo will secure payment of $299.00 USD or $499.00 USD (depending on which package is selected) or equivalent in customer's own currency. This will cover expenses that include (but are not limited to) order processing, cost of materials used in various developmental stages, plus creation and development time. The initial fee includes final usage rights, which will be released upon final approval of a selected concept. Low Cost Logo will produce your initial concept or concepts (depending on design specification) within 24-72 hours following the receipt of customer's order and payment. Unlimited concepts will be produced, with unlimited revisions until the customer is happy with the design. After a concept is approved Low Cost Logo will deliver the competed artwork by either email and/or by post on compact disc. Low Cost Logo relies on accurate customer instructions to ensure suitable logo and stationery designs are supplied to the customer. Low Cost Logo assumes no responsibility in the event that a customer can not provide accurate instructions (including a reasonable amount of feedback) during the design process. Payments are accepted by credit or debit card (via PayPal) or cheque. Copyright Ownership. Low Cost Logo agrees to sign over all rights associated with ownership and usage of materials developed by Low Cost Logo to the customer upon receipt of full payment and final approval of a selected concept. Until such time Low Cost Logo retains and reserves all rights to any content created by Low Cost Logo as set forth by International Copyright Laws. Use of any artwork produced by Low Cost Logo before full payment and/or final approval is strictly prohibited. Once full payment and final approval is received by Low Cost Logo, the customer account will receive an Order Completed status at which time all rights connected with usage, full and unrestricted, will be released to the customer, for use in all media, in all markets, for an unlimited period of time. This includes (but is not limited to) use on web designs, clothing, packaging, vehicles and business cards. Low Cost Logo reserves the right to use all content developed for promotional purposes (portfolio, etc) both online and offline. However, if a customer needs to keep their logo design private (for a product pre-launch for example) they may notify our staff, and the design will only be used with the owner's express permission.
